Before Leaving Home
Before leaving home, visit the official government website to complete the Customs and Immigration form, also referred to as the C5. Each traveler will need to complete this form, including children. This necessary step can be completed 1-2 weeks before travel, and we’ll remind you when and how to complete this important task.
Upon Arrival to Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay
Jamaica touts three international airports, but most visitors to the island will arrive via Montego Bay. (The other airports are in Ocho Rios and Kingston.)
After landing, passengers will make their way to immigration, queuing to complete the mandatory arrival steps at the kiosks. Save the printed photo document the kiosk provides.
With passport and documents in hand, make your way through the immigration line and present items to the officer, answering any questions asked.
Proceed to the luggage carousel and collect your bags.
Continue to customs where your bags will be scanned.
After clearing customs, you’ll walk to the transportation hall, locate your transfer company or resort lounge, and wait to depart for your resort.
It’s important to keep all documentation throughout the duration of your vacation.
Departure from Jamaica
Confirm your transfer time 1-2 days before leaving Jamaica.
On departure day arrive at the lobby at least 20 minutes before your designated transfer time so you can complete the resort checkout process.
