I would like to thank the agents Vicki and Melanie for their assistance and professionalism in providing me with my travel arrangements. Upon initial request Vicki provided me with what I had requested as well my request for a breakdown cost and stated in an understandable and organized email. . I am very satisfied with the package that was setup and is within my budget. Melanie was very helpful in assisting me in the completion of the arrangements as well as informing me of the flight arrangements. Also thank Melanie in providing me with an updated seating list to correspond with United travel arrangement per my request in a timely manner. Both agents attention to detail was very impressive and well accepted. Thank you again and look forward working with the agency in the future.
